Back in Cellular, under SIMs: tap Roamless, set Data Roaming on. Tap Canada, set Data Roaming off.

That's it for the whole trip. For calls, use WhatsApp, FaceTime or iMessage: they run on Roamless data. A normal call on the Canada number can cost extra.

Settings, Cellular, Cellular Data: tick Canada.

Optional: under SIMs, tap Roamless and turn the line off. Leftover credit stays in the app for the next trip.
